Services on a commercial site
Scheduled beats reactive
A site that gets washed on a fixed interval never gets to the state where it needs a heavy restoration clean. Monthly is standard for food service, high-traffic retail entries, and dumpster enclosures. Quarterly covers most office, medical, and light-traffic frontage. The interval is set to your traffic, not sold as a package.
After-hours service
Overnight, pre-open, and Sunday windows. Nothing gets blocked during business hours: no hoses across an entry at lunch rush, no wet sidewalk when the doors open, no equipment noise over a drive-thru speaker. Water and power brought on the truck if the site cannot supply them.
Documentation
Before and after photos on every visit, sent the same night, so you can close a work order without driving out to look. Fixed scope of work in writing, invoiced per visit or monthly. National retail accounts with reporting requirements are already handled this way.
Insurance
Certificate of insurance available on request, issued directly to your management company or landlord before the first visit.
